Warranty and Client responsibility clause

Fruitmommy Organic Solutions is not responsible for damaged, declining, or dead trees upon completion of planting.  We are not responsible for how a client chooses to care of their trees and therefore there is no warranty on trees , tree spray or any items related to the planting of a tree. If any disatisfaction occurs between parties, the parties agree to work things out between themselves. This is the inferred agreement that you enter into upon working with Fruitmommy Organic Solutions or any of its employees.

There is no warranty on fruit trees. Returns or exchanges are acceptable with a fee.
